Eligibility Criteria
Post-wise Qualifications
1. Supporting Staff (Pre-Paid Auto-Taxi)
- Class 12 passed from a recognized board.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and data entry.
- Good communication skills in Bengali, English and Hindi.
- Experience in transport services, ticketing or customer handling is preferred.
2. Case Worker (Women)
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Social Work, Sociology, Social Science or Psychology.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a government or non-government women-related project or programme.
3. Para Legal Officer/Lawyer (Women)
- Degree in Law with legal training or knowledge of laws.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a women-related project or programme at district level, or at least 2 years of litigation experience as a practising lawyer.
4. Para Medical Officer (Women)
- Professional degree or diploma in paramedics with a health-sector background.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a government or non-government health project or programme at district level.
5. Digital Editor
- Degree from a recognized university.
- A degree or diploma in digital editing or video production is desirable.
- Knowledge of graphic designing, video editing and Photoshop is desirable.
6. Kok-borok Translator
- Graduation in Kok-borok.
- A master's degree in Kok-borok is desirable.
- Two years of translation experience in a recognized institute is preferred.
7. Neurologist
- DM or DrNB in Neurology.
- One year of relevant professional experience.
8. Speech Therapist
- Bachelor's degree in Speech and Hearing.
- One year of relevant professional experience.
9. District Coordinator
- Master's or postgraduate degree in Social Science or Public Health.
- Relevant specialization, such as Rehabilitation or Psychology, is mentioned.
- One year of relevant experience in community mobilization, public health programmes or working with marginalized communities.
10. Insurance Medical Officer
- MBBS in Allopathy.
- Must be a permanent resident of Tripura; preference is given to residents of the locality of the ESI Dispensary, Kumarghat.
11. Drivers
- Driver posts generally require the prescribed educational qualification and a valid driving licence.
- Some posts require a commercial driving licence, HMV/LMV licence or relevant driving experience.
- For Tractor & HMV Driver and LMV Driver at College of Agriculture, Tripura, Madhyamik qualification and at least 2 years of relevant driving experience in a government institute are specified.
12. Technical Officer
- Relevant master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Dairy Chemistry, Food Technology, Food and Nutrition, or the specified technology/veterinary qualification.
- At least one year of experience.
13. Analyst
- Science graduation in Chemistry with at least 2 years of practical experience, or a relevant master's degree or other specified equivalent qualification.
14. Lab Attendant
- Class VIII passed.
15. Accounts-cum-Audit Officer
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting.
- Desirable qualifications include CA, CMA or MBA (Finance).
- Relevant supervisory/managerial experience or experience handling project-based accounting and knowledge of PFMS, GFR and audit procedures are mentioned.
16. Geo Spatial Data Analyst
- Minimum B.Tech or postgraduate qualification in Science with Mathematics/Statistics from a recognized university.
- Experience in Remote Sensing and GIS.
- Knowledge of software such as ERDAS, ArcGIS or ENVI is desirable.
17. MIS Manager
- Minimum MCA, B.Tech or BE from a recognized university.
- Experience in preparation, operation and maintenance of MIS/GIS.
- Knowledge of databases, programming and data security is desirable.
18. Publicity Manager-cum-Data Analyst
- Graduation from a recognized university.
- Diploma in Computer Application (DCA).
- Four years of experience in advertising campaigns, including social media campaigns, is preferred.
19. Plumber and Electrician
- Madhyamik passed.
- Relevant ITI trade certificate.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the respective trade in a government institute.
20. Computer Operator
- Graduation in any discipline with DCA. B.Sc./B.Tech. in Computer Science or BCA holders do not need DCA.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Computer Operator or Data Entry Operator in a government institute.
21. Field-cum-Laboratory Assistant (FCLA)
- B.Sc. in Agriculture/Horticulture/Natural Farming, B.V.Sc. or Agricultural Engineering, as applicable.
- Relevant experience in an academic institute related to agriculture.
- Certificate in Computer Application.
- Postgraduate qualifications in relevant fields are desirable.
22. Assistant Technology Manager (ATM)
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Agriculture and Allied Sectors.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in agriculture-related activities.
23. Accountant
- B.Com. graduate.
- Adequate knowledge of Tally Accounting (Tally Prime Cloud Based) and other accounting procedures.
24. Procurement Expert
- Master's degree or postgraduate diploma of at least 2 years from a recognized government university/institution.
- Postgraduate qualification or formal training/certification in public procurement or World Bank procurement is an added advantage.
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant procurement experience in World Bank-funded or other multilateral development bank-funded projects.
25. Project Assistant
- Postgraduate qualification in Statistics, MCA, Computer Science or IT.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data handling, fund-flow monitoring, project implementation or MIS management.
- Experience with GeM or PFMS is preferred.
Age Limit
The age limit varies by post. The notification specifies the following limits for selected positions:- Neurologist: 35 years.
- Speech Therapist: 30 years.
- District Coordinator: 30 years.
- Insurance Medical Officer: 70 years.
- Accounts-cum-Audit Officer: 65 years.
- Assistant Technology Manager: Below 45 years.
- Procurement Expert: 40 years.
